Several years ago, there was an 86 year old lady in the Bay to Breakers race in
San Francisco. She was the oldest one in the race.
Later in an interview she offered these words of wisdom: "You have got to keep moving.
If you hold still to long, someone will try to bury you." Truer words were never
spoken. So keep moving and stay healthy and enjoy life!
